Hand on - Fecals

Doing your own fecal tests not only helps you get a better understanding of your herds’ health but is a much cheaper alternative to sending fecal samples out to the lab.
We will be hosting a hands-on experience, where you will learn how to successfully do your own fecal egg counts.
Beginning with an introduction on “How and Why” we do fecal tests, followed with a hands-on lab where you will learn how to use your microscope, prepare your fecal sample and identify different worm eggs.
